Der Spiegel: Tusk is disappointed and has lost hope that Scholz will aid him

Konstantin von Hammerstein, a columnist for the German regular "Der Spiegel", states in his latest publication that although the government in Warsaw has changed and both sides hoped for an improvement in relations, Poland and Germany are inactive drifting apart.
