Deputy Minister for the election of the fresh president of the Constitutional Court: a manifest formal defect

President Andrzej Duda appointed Bogdan Święczkowski as the fresh president of the Constitutional Court on Monday. Deputy Minister of Justice, justice Dariusz Mazur stated that this choice was affected by a manifest formal defect.
