The joy of the right side of the public debate is premature. The Constitutional Tribunal did not find the "Lex Romanowski" incompatible with the Constitution, due to the fact that we do not presently have a real Constitutional Tribunal - commented Deputy Minister of Justice Dariusz Mazur.
