Deputy Head of the Ministry of the Interior with a fresh mission. It's about a safe communication system

The Prime Minister appointed a Government Plenipotentiary for the State safe Communication System. The position went to 1 of the deputy heads of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration – Tomasz Szymański. He faces a hard task, as late mentioned by Krzysztof Bondaryk, manager of the safety Department in the same ministry.
