According to the paper "Kommersant", it was attended by 35 military men who illegally obtained over 200 million rubles from the state's money (almost $2.5 million). As early as December 2024, president of the Russian Federation Investigative Committee Aleksandr Bastrykin announced that 45 soldiers were injured, who took 240 million rubles.
