Delegation of Primary School No. 1 from the multiple in the Senate.
At the invitation of Senator Adam Szejnfeld in the legislature and in the Sejm and the legislature of the Republic of Poland, students and teachers and the chief of school No. 1 in Wielicen were invited. Thanks to the ongoing meetings and the legislature and the Sejm, students and their teachers were able to take a live look at the deliberations of both Chambers of the Polish Parliament, but besides to learn about life in the Sejm and legislature spheres.
Polish Senator Adam Szejnfeld guided Students around all the buildings on Wiejska Street, so students saw not only the planning rooms of the Sejm and the Senate, but besides the commission rooms, the Column Hall, the fresh Poselski House, the Sejm Corridors and another corners and met many parliamentarians. They besides watched the work of journalists, the conduct of various press conferences and even briefly participated in the beginning of the Jubilee exhibition presenting the creation and accomplishment of the Confederation of Independent Poland (KPN), the first non-communist organization to be established in Central and east Europe.
The visit to the Polish Parliament was 1 of the many points of the students' programme from Wielicania, but the main intent of the delegation's visit to Warsaw was to participate in the solemn gala summarizing the competition “The Magic Tree”, whose students from Wielicia, Czarnkovsko-Trzcianecki County, were awarded.
