"The touching of frozen Russian assets, the taking over of them, is simply a declaration of war" - said Prime Minister Viktor Orban at a gathering with voters in Mohacz in the south of Hungary. The politician thus commented on the decision taken by the EU on Friday to frost Russian assets permanently.
