Defense (the theoretical) of the Naval Bases of Russia [Report]

Theoretically, all large MW bases of Russia are protected from attacks from the sea side. Both before water and underwater attacks. But are these systems effective? The Russians developed and developed them due to the fact that they themselves presume the usage of peculiar groups (diversity) in naval bases of their opponents.
