Defence24 DAY: Reduce enemy outnumbered: operational capabilities of Rocket Troops and Artillery

Rocket and Artillery Troops are undergoing an unprecedented process of modernization and capability growth. On Defence24 DAY, there was discussion about the capabilities that this kind of troops would shortly gain.
