During the Defence24 DAY conference, a panel devoted to investigation and improvement programs in the context of Polish defence entitled "Technologies of the future. Should the EU and NATO have a decisive voice in the investigation and improvement of armaments programmes?" It was attended by Colonel Dr. Andrzej Lis, manager of the Armed Forces Doctrine and Training Center and Rafał Sobolewski, manager of the Department of Program and task Management for National safety and defence NCBR. The discussion was moderated by Lieutenant General Waldemar Skrzypczak.
