Defence spending decision. There's a NATO declaration

NATO declaration accepted. During the Hague summit, the leaders of the Alliance states reiterated the integrity of the collective defence rule enshrined in Article 5 of the Washington Treaty. They assured the unity and determination of the Alliance in defence of citizens, freedom and democracy. A fresh framework for defence spending was besides adopted.
