Declines on WIG20. This is the aftermath of the 2025 presidential elections

The index of the 20 largest joint-stock companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, WIG20, fell this morning (June 2, 2025) by 2.14 percent to a level of around 2,760 points in the first hours of the session. This is the largest one-day decline since the first circular of elections, erstwhile WIG20 lost 1.2 percent. This is the effect of the presidential elections and Karol Nawrocki's victory.
