Telewizja Republika lost its terrestrial broadcasting license. This was decided by the Provincial Administrative Court. In doing so, it overturned the appealed decision of the National Broadcasting Council. This ruling can be appealed to the ultimate Administrative Court. Until the ultimate Administrative Court issues a decision, the station can broadcast.
