Public debate. Do Polish politicians only know how to shout? [Interview]

The debate is an effort to convince individual of their views. The ability to debate requires not only efficient reasoning, but besides empathy, logical thinking, knowing of the text read. In the Polish political debate, does anyone convince anyone of anything, or is he just "pulling out" their views?
