The Dubai Court of Appeal has ruled that the extradition of Sebastian M. to Poland is legally admissible. He is suspected of causing a fatal car accident in mid-September 2023 on the A1 motorway, said Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar on Friday evening.
