The territory Court in Katowice should not deal with the case of 4 people accused in the death of 8-year-old Kamilek - says the Children's Rights Ombudsman Monika Horna-Cieślak, who appealed for an urgent motion to the ultimate Court to transfer this case to another, equal court.
