Darkness hides Cuba. Again. Residents have a problem with access to water

For the 5th time this year, Cuba has experienced a nationwide paralysis of the power grid. The failure on July 14 led to the full island plunging into darkness and to the intensification of shortages of drinking water in the water supply network.
