The legislature wants to defend voters from disinformation, but could it inadvertently make a tool to silence inconvenient voices in practice? In boring and long legislature committees, the thought is sprouting to equip the National Electoral Commission (PKW) or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) with atomic tools for blocking freedom of speech.
