Daniel Obajtek may lose his immunity. There is simply a request from the prosecutor's office

Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has handed over to the president of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, the prosecutor's request for the European Parliament to give its consent to bring MEP Daniel Obajtek to criminal liability, the National Prosecutor's Office announced on Thursday.
