"Dangerous" Trump and "feared" Fico. Is this a front shift?

Upon his return to power, Robert Fico announced that Slovakia would begin to implement "politics on all 4 sides of the world". Since then, he has met Putin, been in China and Brazil, and Brussels has spared no criticism. In mid-January he besides visited Donald Trump, although from Florida he was about to return "feared" and bet on a close-up with the Union. Are we watching the volt of the Slovak Prime Minister?
