Dangerous in the Tatras. 3rd level of avalanche threat

TOPR has announced a third, crucial level of avalanche danger. Rescuers are informing tourists about very hard conditions in the higher parts of the Tatras. Avalanches can happen spontaneously above the advanced forest line.
