Is Russia capable of attacking Finland?

Russia has been utilizing hybrid tactics for many years to accomplish its political and military objectives without the request for open conflict. An example is the situation in Georgia in 2008, where Russia utilized both conventional forces and cyber attacks and disinformation campaigns. Another example is the annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the ongoing conflict in east Ukraine.
