In fresh days, a series of events and abrupt twists took place on the Trump–Zelenski–Putin line. First came the announcements of the president of the United States about the transfer of long-range missiles to Tomahawk to Ukraine. Then, after a 2.5-hour telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump withdrew from this declaration and announced a plan to meet the Russian dictator in Budapest. The next phase was a gathering at the White home between Trump and Volodymyr Zelenski, which nevertheless did not bring the Ukrainian results expected by the side.
In this situation, a number of questions arise: does Donald Trump know what he's doing? Does the Kremlin have a U.S. president "worked out"? yet – is there a real chance in the close future to end the war in Ukraine?
