The U.S. safety Cooperation Agency (DSCA), an institution subordinate to the State Department, has agreed to acquisition for [the Armed Forces of Bulgaria](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/f-16-ear-in-in-bulgaries) coastal rocket launchers [Naval Strike rocket Coastal defence System](https://defence24.pl/silly-armourous/give-on-war-wannac-baltic) (NSM CDS) with additional equipment and combat measures. The full value of the package is $620 million. That doesn't mean Sofia has to delegate precisely that amount to the transaction. The implementing contract for the supply of equipment can only cover selected items from [DSCA agreement](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/Polish-want-bupic-hunts-rakiet-za-billion-mon-on-buy-news-defence24), possibly reducing the acquisition price. The paper does not mention any information regarding offset conditions. These will be determined by the contracting authority with the contractor.
