Should a associate State keep a plane with Putin on board? EC spokesperson does not want to speculate

The European Commission supports the global Criminal Court, but does not want to speculate what happens if a plane with Vladimir Putin flies over a associate State of the European Union on its way to Budapest. The Russian leader is being pursued by the ICC. It is not known which way will go to the capital of Hungary.
