Europe is looking at the political situation in the US mainly through a dilemma, who will become president after 2024. Referring to the apparent transatlantic issues (NATO's future, US-EU relations) and attitudes towards Russian aggression against Ukraine (lasting from February 2022). However, unfortunately, focusing on the final effects, i.e. "Donald Trump or not Donald Trump", in a very simplistic way, of course, ignores the key factors that most likely will settle the race to the White home and which is equally crucial besides to Congress. And there the situation is equally uncertain, due to the fact that in 2024 we will learn the results of the 435 Members of the home of Representatives elections, where Republicans presently control and the 34 Senators' elections to the Senate. In the second number of legislature elections, of course, 1 peculiar non-binding election mode is awarded. And the legislature is now strategically important, due to the fact that Democrats request to support independent senators there in order to keep the House.
