In the opinion of employers, the solutions provided for in the current law will lead to degradation of the current, well-functioning systems. They are to be replaced by more costly and little environmentally efficient mechanisms, resulting in a decrease in the number of bottles in circulation, an increase in CO2 emissions and an increase in glass waste.
