Karim Khan, prosecutor of the global Criminal Court, issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and erstwhile defence Minister Joawa Galant. They are suspected of committing war crimes and against humanity in Gaza. The content of the prosecutor's motion is secret and can theoretically stay so until the trial, that is, in practice, forever, due to the fact that the chances that the defendants will be brought before the court are not.
