"On Friday, in Nancy Poland, he will sign a treaty with France, which provides the basis for closer cooperation in the arms and aviation sector. The talks include, among others, the acquisition of submarines, air tankers and 155 mm ammunition. The Treaty will be general, but detailed agreements are planned. France expects a larger share in Polish arms purchases, which have been dominated by the USA and Korea. Airbus offers A330 MRTT and A220 aircraft, space cooperation and participation in the "Orka" submarine programme is possible. PGZ is looking for a partner for ammunition production – in the game, among others, KNDS. The dialog on the joint ELSA long-range rocket programme is besides ongoing."
