The United States has submitted to Lebanon a proposal to disarm Hezbollah by the end of the year, as well as the completion of Israeli military activities in that country and the withdrawal of troops from position in confederate Lebanon, according to a copy of the Lebanese government paper that Reuter's agency reached.
