Tanks have long been utilized in the battles in Ukraine (and another types of vehicles with major armaments specified as [AMX-10RC](https://defence24.pl/war-on-Ukraine-report-special-defence24/French-czolgi-on-kolach-on-Ukrainian-steppe) or even [BMP-1)(https://defence24.pl/war-on-ukrainie-report-special-defence24/bmp-1-as-artillery-with-fire-corrected)/3) to conduct indirect fire. This is due, among another things, to the deficiency of adequate support with barrel artillery and the advanced hazard of losing machines with a lower level of protection than the current tanks, specified as the T-55/62 and the French combat reconnaissance wagons mentioned above. This allowed them to find a place for themselves on the battlefield.
