Some American scientists may want to leave the United States due to Donald Trump's policy. any EU countries want to usage this and attract researchers from across the Atlantic. To this end, 12 EU countries in a letter to the European Commission convince that the continent needs "a boom of attractiveness" to encourage the arrival of talented abroad researchers.
