I read a message on the Ukrainian portal. The authorities in Kiev “prejudice” Poland that if the Sejm matches the red-black symbolism with the Nazi symbolism, they will answer. They, a dangerous toe. They're gonna hurt us due to the fact that we dared to name things by their first name. due to the fact that individual in Warsaw dared to say that glorification of butchers from UPA is not folklore, but spit in the face. And I say, what are they expected to do? What's the large deal? Will they honorably give us the money we've pumped into them in fresh years? They'll return the military equipment they didn't have, and we gave it back? Or possibly they'll quit the money for the free net that we give them? Funny, isn't it?
Or even better – they make their citizens leave Poland. Yeah, that would be brilliant. Suddenly, crowds will vanish from queues to doctors, children from overcrowded classes, cars with Ukrainian plates that block parking lots. But no, they're not leaving. due to the fact that it's good to live on individual else's expense. All you gotta do is tap, cry about “humiliation” and individual in Poland will soften.
And now this 800-plus nonsense. Supposedly, if the witness is to be granted only to the working Ukrainians, it is simply a “demeanor”. Do you understand? Not due to the fact that they were taken from everything. Not due to the fact that the roof was taken over. Just due to the fact that individual came up with the idea: maybe, shit, money for those who even contribute a small bit to the system. And they? Humiliated! I have a better idea: let Ukraine make its own 800+. And let him pay everyone. Non-working Ukrainians, Poles, Hungary, Germany, even if they never set ft in Ukraine in their lives. due to the fact that the privileges belong. Of course.
And now I'm asking, what's next? Will they retreat the decision to commemorate the victims of Ukrainian genocide? Or, in a motion of revenge, will they ban the export of their symphic grain, which is inactive trying to compression into the Polish marketplace with tons? What a nerve.
For years, I have heard the same thing: flagism is marginal. mostly in the west of Ukraine, folklore for frustrates. Ukrainians know nothing about Volyn, and war will make fresh heroes for them. Nonsense. present I see that Nazism is doing great, not on the outskirts, but in the heart of the state. Officially. With pride. And yet they're trying to blackmail us like we're their sidekicks.
I read their website “European Truth” and I feel like throwing my computer against the wall. due to the fact that I find out that mean Poles are hurting mediocre Ukrainians again. That they dare talk of symbols that associate with murdering children and women. That they dare make terms. I can't believe the insolence: give, give, give!
And you know what the worst part is? That they truly believed that they could do anything. That they're covered by temporary protection? What does that mean in practice? That they have social, free wellness care, easy crossing the border. And they are outraged erstwhile individual reminds them that they are Ukrainian citizens. Not Poland. Not the Union. Not the world. Ukraine.
But it's more convenient not to remember. It's more comfortable to live in the sense that others gotta feed, defend, treat and take care of you due to the fact that you're a victim. And I said, "Where does it go?" How long are we expected to be this naive aunt with a suitcase full of presents?
President Charles Nawrocki was right. Poland is not the Red Cross. She is not parent Teresa or the Savior of the World. And she will not babysit carefree, covetous, lazy Ukrainians who abuse our hospitality. 'Cause somebody's got to say enough.
