Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced after talks in Washington that U.S. president Donald Trump had agreed to release the country from sanctions for buying Russian oil and gas. Sounds good, but the devil is in the details that Hungarian authorities are reluctant to share with citizens.
