The Czech Republic is betting on artillery from France. Can we solve the problems?

The Czech Republic in September 2021 signed a contract with the French company Nexter Group (now KNDS France) worth EUR 333 million to acquisition 52 wheeled Caesar cannons in 8x8. The chassis for them is intended to be a Czech production truck Tatra T-815-7 with armored cab. The Czechs agreed that more than 40% of production costs would be located in the home industry.
