Time to throw the scooters out of Warsaw? They've done well in the West. Paris and Prague got free of the problem

The scooters abandoned in the parks or "parked" in the mediate of the pavement, increased burden of SORs, batteries taken from the Vistula. In the west they have already managed – Paris and Prague definitely banned the activities of popular companies offering e-hulajpods for minutes. This is the direction in which Warsaw should follow.
