A popular saying says time is money. There is an area where this saying is peculiarly true. It's a high-tech. The technological race is ruthless-winner takes it all.

Unfortunately, people backing investigation in Poland and Europe are taking their time. More crucial than time are duuperels, for example, sex issue in a grant to make a fresh kind of transistor.
I remember 4 years ago erstwhile I applied for a fresh reactor for my Institute. After 2 years, the application was accepted. 3 years later, I found out he wasn't.
I remember before Covid I visited China, where they showed me an empty square and said that there is simply a laboratory of 10,000 m2, 500 people are to work there, and it is to cost around $2 billion with equipment. After 3 years, I came back. The lab's been moving for a year. How long would it take in Poland? I'm judging for 10 years.
