Leader of Poland 2050 and talker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia estimated that Left was liable for "sabotaging" the contribution project. He stressed that from now on it is Left that takes work for tens of thousands of Polish tiny activities, specified as local hairdressers, or vegetable sellers, who are killed by Polish Dza. He besides announced the fight to reduce the wellness contribution for entrepreneurs. As he added, he does not supply for any compromises.

On Monday, Deputy Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasta referred to Holowna's words. "Simon, it's always like this in election campaigns that you should be very careful not to cross specified a thin red line that people won't want to grin or shake hands after this campaign" - addressed the Marshal of the Black Parliament.

"Take the distance to life. You're fighting for everything right now: yourself, your formation. If you lose, you know there will be consequences, and you, and your formation will bear them. But don't attack the others" - appealed.

Czarzasty added that he was active in his life and accepts various comments on the wellness contribution, but does not agree with Holownia's argument.

"You said, dear Simon, that I would make companies in Poland fall and that would be my responsibility. It's stupid.. due to the fact that if I wanted to usage a polemic on this level, I would tell you, Simon, by introducing a wellness contribution you will lead to the collapse of all infirmary and you will be personally responsible" - said Czarzasty. "Neither your speech was wise, nor mine would be wise, if I said so," added the Deputy Marshal.

"In the fight for presidency, more distance and more slack. Even erstwhile you know you won't win and you won't accomplish what you want to achieve, due to the fact that you can see that, apply the regulation so that after the presidential election we can besides love each other" - he made an appeal to Holowna.

Left candidate for president Magdalena Biejat stressed that wellness care is an crucial subject of her run and a way to solve, among others, long queue problems for doctors. In her opinion, reducing influences to wellness care will not solve these problems.

Support for the wellness contribution task was expressed by PiS, KO, Poland 2050-TD and PSL-TD clubs in the Sejm on Wednesday. Against was the Left and Circles Republicans and Together.

Health Minister Izabela Leszczyna reported that she would "for sure" not vote in favour of reducing the wellness contribution. She added that she was having talks with the Ministry of Finance and she thought the NFZ "will surely not bear it". "The Minister of wellness cannot accept a simplification in the wellness contribution" - she stressed. She added that Poles are an ageing society, and the elder age frequently involves multi-sickness and this means frequent usage of the wellness system.

According to the Ministry of Finance, about 2.45 million entrepreneurs would benefit from the reform; higher contributions than presently would be paid by taxpayers with the largest flat-rate revenues on recorded revenue.

According to the government project, the flat-rate contribution will amount to 9% of 75% of the minimum wage for work. The second part will be calculated from surplus income over 1.5 times the average monthly wage for traders accounting for a taxation scale or a linear taxation (4.1%). The second part of the contribution will be calculated on the basis of surplus revenues above 3 times the average monthly remuneration (3.5 percent rate). The task besides assumes a simplification in the contribution to 9% from 75% of the minimum wage (currently there is 9% of the minimum wage) for entrepreneurs paying taxation in the form of a taxation card. The government task repeals the anticipation of clearing paid wellness contributions in income tax.

The chair of the extraordinary subcommittee on the bill reducing the wellness contribution for entrepreneurs Krystyna Skowrońska (KO) explained late that the amount of the contribution paid by employees at the phase would not change, it would inactive be 9%; besides in the case of pensions, it would stay 9%.
