During a conversation in the program "Popołudnowy Gość Radia ZET", Przemysław Czarnek, PiS MP and erstwhile Minister of Education, expressed his opinion on the withdrawal of the countersignature by the Prime Minister. He emphasized that as a constitutional lawyer, he sees no legal basis for specified a decision. "This is an abuse of power. There is no procedure for withdrawing the countersignature," he explained.
