In Turkey, specifically in its western part, close the road between Istanbul and Izmir, the F-16C crashed from the 9th Air Base in Balikesir Province. The plane crashed immediately after takeoff, the pilot was killed despite the service intervention, possibly in the wreckage of the machine. The case was reported by the Turkish Ministry of Defence. The incidental occurred at 0.50 local time at night.
