Cyprus will retreat the T-80. Are they gonna hit Ukraine?

The Republic of Cyprus has announced its willingness to exchange its post-80U/UK tanks in the state of its armed forces, which presently have 82 copies. Their possible successor is Israeli Merkawa, although this option seems very unlikely.
