Brazilian economist of Polish origin. prof. of the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo, author of more than 40 books, consultant and advisor to many UN agencies and urban and social organizations. In times of dictatorship imprisoned, he spent many years on political emigration (e.g. in Poland). He was the advisor to president Luli da Silva of Brazil. 5 of his books were published in Polish: “A broken mosaic.
