#CyberWar Croatia - a way to rapidly make capabilities

After February 24, 2022 cyber attacks on Croatian institutions became almost everyday. An example could be massed [attachment DDoS](https://cyberdefence24.pl/armia-i-service/operation-poweroff-in-charged-4-persons-in-relationship-with-attack-ddos) of June 2024, conducted by the pro-Russian group NoName057(16), which paralyzed government parties. Croatia considers specified action as part of the Russian hybrid war against the countries supporting Ukraine.
