One of the most effective tools for manipulation and disorganization is publishing false data, and at the same time inspiring recipients to revolt and protest. At the same time, social media is utilized to drive politics and make patterns that people will follow. These tools are utilized by most countries in the world, including Russia and China. Activities are carried out both in a affirmative dimension, i.e. to inform the public, and in a negative dimension, i.e. in terms of information warfare.
