EXPERIENCE OF THE ADVICE

Ladies and gentlemen,

our colleagues from the TERRITORIAL Association invitation paramilitary organizations and their members to participate in the exercise ‘Activities in the territory occupied by the opponent’:

CO: Action exercise in the area occupied by the opponent

Who: adult members of paramilitary organisations

WHEN: 22-25 August 2024 (4 days, Thursday-Sunday)

WHERE: region of Gorlic (Małopolskie)

COST: 0 PLN (small amounts for public transport, etc., we supply food, accommodation, etc.) Training financed by the National Institute of Freedom – civilian Society improvement Centre under the fresh civilian Initiative Fund
Organisation: Territorial Foundation, drill script prepared in consultation with peculiar Forces officers with many years of combat and training experience

WHAT:

1. integration of members of paramilitary organisations
2. verification of performance skills in the area occupied by the opponent
3. acquisition of fresh skills useful in activities in the area occupied by the opponent
4. exchange of experience.

After completion of the exercise, in addition to discussing the conclusions of the exercise itself, the anticipation (for the willing) to indicate by instructors from the peculiar Forces the strengths and weaknesses of the participant.

In addition to OPFOR, the training will be attended by people from the alleged live undergame strictly tasked by instructors conducting the exercise.

REPORTS:

Until 01.06.2024 email [email protected] name, organisation name, age, group selected (see below) where and erstwhile the skills required for the group have been acquired. We're allowing group calls.

As part of the exercise you can apply to the following groups (SEE EQUIPMENT):

• SWITZERLAND GROUPS – actions in the conspiracy in agrarian areas. Skills required: green or green tactics and black tactics (please specify in the application).
• CONSPIRATION — will include training procedures for acting under assumed identity, including military resistance, in the area occupied by the opponent in urbanized areas. Skills required: low profile actions, black tactics.
• MOVING OF THE OPORU — action in a non-military conspiracy (coier, driver, contact point). anticipation to arrive for selected days (to be agreed).
• OPFOR — adversaries, welcome Drovers, the anticipation of arriving for selected days (to be agreed).

1. “Tourist” civilian suit to operate in a mountain-forest environment (Beskid Low)

   CONSPIRATION EQUIPMENT:

   1. operating locker room
   2. Classic mobile telephone (not a smartphone – without the ability to install applications specified as Nokia 3310, Nokia 6310 etc.) with powerbank

   4. small amounts for means of communication, acquisition of coffee, etc.

   NOTE:

   For those taking part in the exercise there is simply a anticipation to take part in trainings preparing for activities in the area occupied by the opponent (this is not a mandatory requirement). You can participate in both trainings regardless of the group in which you take part in the exercise:

   Training is paid – about PLN 200 for each training + possibly accommodation and board costs. Applications for training only including an application for exercise. Training will take place in Małopolska. Detailed information after reporting for exercise.
