The net was in an uproar after the publication of a video of Deputy Minister Katarzyna Kotula failing to name the author of the Polish anthem. While the situation triggered a wave of comments and memes, the minister herself explained herself by, among another things, problems with remembering names and her regular duties at the Prime Minister's Office.
