Miracles over the urn. Here are all the committees where the votes were recalculated – it is known who gained

We have 56,000 electoral protests. A twelve committees in which votes and another irregularities were exchanged. A dispute over the validity of the election. A imagination of whether a fresh president should always be sworn in. And large outrage in the country. But that's not all. “What is presently happening is without legal basis,” says Prof. Andrzej Zoll, erstwhile president of the Constitutional Court.

It was very hot June. Let us remind – on 2 June 2025, the State Election Commission made public the results of the presidential election. Within 14 days – by 16 June – a protest against the election of the president of the Republic of Poland could be brought to the ultimate Court.

The avalanche has moved.

Electoral fraud or human error? Poles want to know

On June 23, SN reported that he had received nearly 50,000 cases. "This figure represents about the equivalent of 2-3 years of the influence of all cases to the ultimate Court. For this reason, the administrative work related to the registration of cases requires extraordinary engagement of all the employees of the ultimate Court," the communication said.

The scale is powerful. And the emotions in the nation are powerful. To this day, the votes were recalculated in respective electoral committees. We know about the control of votes and another irregularities. We hear about the first actions of the prosecutor's office. But besides the first ultimate Court rulings.

– The allegations of a protest on irregularities in committees are well founded, but the infringement found did not affect the result of the elections – we heard on Friday after the open session of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, which afraid 13 committees.

Election forgerys or human error? – Poles want to know. They besides wonder if it is possible to recalculate all the votes. And whether the home that decides the validity of the election has the power to do so.

Since mid-June, we've been surviving in a lot about the importance of elections. Questions arise as to whether on August 6, Karol Nawrocki will be sworn in as president and what the talker of the Sejm should do.

Prof. Zoll on the Chamber of SN, Holownia and scripts, what next: This is terrible for the state

– What is presently happening is without legal basis. I am firmly convinced that the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs is not the ultimate Court. This is not the body referred to in Article 129 of the Constitution. Therefore, what this body decides present is not a decision that speaks of the credibility of the elections. This is the starting point – comments on Prof. Andrzej Zoll, erstwhile president of the Constitutional Tribunal.

– So there is simply a problem, which will be with the National Assembly – he points out.

He sees this solution:

The incidental law assumed that the validity of the elections would be ruled by 15 judges with the oldest seniority in the ultimate Court.

– If she passes, they'll decide. Of course, they can decide that elections are important. It's very likely. Then there is no problem erstwhile it comes to the resolution of the National Assembly and taking a vow from Mr Nawrocki – says Prof. Zoll.

– And if not, I'd call the National Assembly if I were Marshal Hollowna. It's his duty. But the Assembly should suspend its conduct and not take vows. Then the President's duties are transferred to the talker of the Sejm. He can then sign the laws – he explains.

What does he think is the most real scenario, what's next for us?

– We'll inactive have a legal mess. The way I would propose leads to the recovery of the legal system. First of all, in the area of justice, he says.

– The most likely solution is that Karol Nawrocki will be sworn in as president. But it is harmful to the state. I'm not talking about choice. This will be the appointment of a President, which many will consider unfounded that the president has no justification for his office. This is terrible for you. This is simply a situation that could hurt us very much. And internally in Poland, and in abroad opinion – says prof. Zoll.

So confusion is huge. On electoral protests and the actions of the ultimate Court, fresh information is almost daily. And on 1 July, the SN is to decide on the validity of the elections.

So let's kind out what we know so far. From the beginning.

How many electoral protests were made after the second circular of presidential elections?

Okay. $56,000. They mainly concern irregularities in the drafting of voting protocols and in the counting of votes in certain electoral committees.

Protests are conducted by the unrecognized Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs (IKNiSP) of the ultimate Court – composed of 3 neojudges: Adam Redzik, Aleksander Stępkowski and Paweł Wojciechowski.

All electoral protests and confirmation of the validity of the SN elections have until 2 July.

How did the ultimate Court approach the protests?

The SN spokesperson said that many protests were the same content, written carelessly, "on the knee" and they would not be considered.

The first president of SN Małgorzata Manowska referred to them in a disrespectful way. erstwhile asked on Radio Zet about Trzaskowski's prescribed voices on Nawrocki, she replied: "This is not any large tragedy.

Only about 150 individual protests were considered meaningful. For "worse" electoral protests, which were based on a model published by MP Roman Giertych. As TVN24 stated, "90 percent of electoral protests are alleged games and will not be considered by the court due to the fact that they contain mistakes".

Her message caused large controversy. "It's hard to even comment," said government spokesperson Adam Szpiek.

How many election committees were recalculated?

On 11 June, the SN "allowed evidence of polling cards" in 13 regional electoral commissions. These are the first cities and municipalities in the country where recalculation of votes took place.

Kraków (No 95)

Olesno (No 3)

Minsk Mazowiecki (No 13)

Opolskie Rifles (No 9)

Grudziądz (No 25)

Gdansk (No 17)

Tarnów (No 10)

Katowice (No 53)

Tychy (No 35)

Stone Mountain (No 6)

To this day, the votes have besides been recalculated in committees:

Zabrze (No 20)

Magnuszew (No 1)

Staszów (No 4)

Warsaw (No 113)

In total, the votes were recalculated in 17 territory committees. This was handled by regional courts. Adam Bodnar, lawyer General, requests that the votes be recalculated in 1472 election committees.

He asked the First president of the ultimate Court "to forward to the lawyer General an opinion on all electoral protests by citizens as shortly as possible".

What is the consequence of the recalculation of votes and what irregularities have been detected?

The most shocking was the exchange of votes cast on both candidates in the minutes sent by the peripheral commissions to the State Election Commission. That's most of the time.

Of the first "13" electoral commissions, as many as 7 specified situations have been identified: in Krakow, Strzelce Opolskie, Minsk Mazowieckie, Oleśnie, Grudziądz, Gdańsk and in "Wieniec-Brześć Kujawski".

On June 20, the National Prosecutor's Office reported that specified a replacement resulted in a "mistakeful reception that more votes in these circuits were received by Karol Nawrocki, while the recalculation of election cards by the court showed that this number of votes was received by Rafał Trzaskowski".

The exchange took place in Magnuszew and Staszów.

Irregularities consisted mainly of erroneous protocols. But for example, in Warsaw it was stated "in bags unsecured envelopes with ballot cards and a crucial number of loose cards thrown into the bag".

Who more profited from recalculating votes and who lost?

According to the minutes of the commission, which re-counted the votes, Rafał Trzaskowski won 9045 votes and Karol Nawrocki – 8771.

After the vote calculation, Trzaskowski had 10,760 votes, and Nawrocki had 6957 votes.

Which means that after recalculating the votes, Trzaskowski gained 1715 votes and Nawrocki lost 1814.

In total, as the data available shows, mistakes in these committees led to a change in the election consequence by 3529 votes.

How many irregularities have the D.A. started?

The lawyer General, Adam Bodnar, informed about six investigations that started the territory Prosecutor's Offices in: Jelenia Góra, Włocławek, Opole, Bielsko-Biała, Kraków and Katowice.

Before the weekend, the investigation of the failure of members of the peripheral electoral commission besides started on Gdańsk.

How did the SN handle the electoral protests, and how much did he consider justified?

Most of them in classified sessions. On Friday, June 27, he recognized 3 electoral protests at public hearings. 1 of them afraid 11 electoral committees.

The ultimate Court has ruled the charges against them. He stated that there were irregularities, but they did not affect the overall result of the elections.

Sylwester Marciniak, president of PKW, besides said that they afraid about 4,000 votes. "This should not happen, due to the fact that all vote should reflect how the voter voted, while in the final result, erstwhile the difference between the candidates was nearly 370 1000 votes, it should be considered that this did not affect the determination of the election result," he said.

He felt that most of the mistakes could have been the consequence of fatigue and human error.

Poles ask for recalculation of all votes

– Even if the alleged errors concern rather a large number, e.g. respective 100 commissions, there are no grounds for verifying the work of more than 31 1000 commissions throughout the country," said Prof. Krzysztof Wiak, president of the ultimate Court in charge of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs a fewer days ago.

Prof. Andrzej Zoll himself is not in favour of verifying all the votes.

– But you gotta examine all the protests and do it individually. all protest should be treated the same way. If on 27 June 1 SN gathering devoted to 1 protest lasted 40 minutes, 50,000 protests cannot be settled in 3 seconds, he says in a conversation with the subject.

It besides has a serious objection to whether it is now allowed to put in the ruling that the protest is right, due to the fact that there has been any miscalculation, but this does not affect the result of the election.

– I'm certain a mistake of 500 votes doesn't cast itself at the election. But if we make 20,000 mistakes like this, it's gonna be a full different score. I believe that this body is at all malfunctioning due to the fact that saying that it does not substance and that further protests will not substance is misleading the public. erstwhile this is summed up, it may substance – the erstwhile TK president believes.
