CT ruling could add 1,200 zlotys to pensioners. Government withholds publication

On June 4, the Constitutional Court issued a ruling favorable to early retirees. Thanks to the ruling, pensions may increase by up to PLN 1,200. In addition, each of the up to 200,000 pensioners affected may receive up to PLN 64,000 in compensation for the period of payment of the reduced benefit. The problem, however, is that so far the verdict has not been published.
