The judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal may add PLN 1200 to pensioners. Government suspends publication

On 4 June, the Constitutional Court issued a ruling favourable to pensioners who had retired early. Thanks to this sentence, pensions can increase by up to 1200 PLN. In addition, each of up to 200 1000 pensioners afraid can receive up to 64 1000 PLN compensation for the period of payment of the reduced benefit. The problem, however, is that the conviction has not yet been published.
