"The relations between Taliban-led Afghanistan and Pakistan are now among the most unstable elements of South Asia's safety architecture. The expanding border incidents, the escalation of political tensions and the expanding activity of extremist groups indicate that the Kabul-Islamabad conflict has exceeded the framework of the incidental crises and has become a chronic regional threat. Since 1991 an worker of Polish abroad institutions in Asia, Deputy Ambassador of Poland to India (2008-2014), Ambassador of Poland to Pakistan (2015-2021)
