“Cruisers of Coast Defense” for the Polish Navy?

The Americans intend to quit all of their Ticonderoga-class rocket cruisers within the next 5 years. These ships without even having full sailing capabilities can be useful, however, as they are the equivalent of land-based Aegis Ashore systems, having a much larger supply and choice of usable rockets.
